We can help locate and evaluate properties for the acquisition and advise clients concerning alternative methods to attract capital. H&A assisted a foreign corporation in selling an interest in its exploration program. This task included developing a marketing strategy, selecting promotional material, managing the data room and assisting with the preparation of applicable documents.
